Responsibilities

• Orchestrate high-velocity workflows using advanced agentic coding tools like Cursor
• Define specifications, establish repo-context guardrails, and review AI-accelerated output for security and scale
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and application layers
• Partner with product, client services, and data science teams to transform raw pipeline outputs into meaning
• Take ownership of designing and launching enterprise-grade applications from prototyping to production

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Expert proficiency in Python and SQL development
• Proven fluency in using agentic coding tools like Cursor AI or Claude
• Experience designing backend architectures for multi-tenant, multi-user scenarios
• Experience with the full feature development life cycle, including data modeling and pipeline architecture
• Ability to write technical design documents and perform rigorous code reviews
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences

• Base salary range of $190,000-$225,000 plus annual bonus and equity (RSUs)
