Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, code, verify, test, and refactor complex programs and integration software services.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery through peer reviews and analysis tools.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team onboarding to promote engineering excellence.
• Contribute to the selection of software development methods, tools, and techniques.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to strengthen existing product technology and drive competitive differentiation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze user needs and represent them in technical implementations.

Requirements

• BE, BTech, or MCA degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
• Proven experience in Full Stack development within a Product SaaS organization.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET (Web API, MVC).
• Proficiency in REST/WCF services and Microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of Database Design and SQL Server (T-SQL).
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-graduation in advanced computer science subjects or an MBA in Systems.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, or TFS.
• Experience with containerization and modern application architecture.
