Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering and product owners to design, refine, and develop products from concept to implementation
• Act as a main contributor in building, scaling, and evolving platforms, services, and tools
• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a multi-cultural environment
• Mentor a team of highly talented and motivated engineers
• Ensure the performance, security, and responsiveness of built applications
• Continuously improve code quality, product execution, and automation

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in developing highly scalable applications
• Hands-on expertise in Java or JavaScript derivatives (TypeScript, Node.js, Scala, Kotlin, Spring Boot, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as Flutter (preferred) or React
• Experience with Lean/XP practices including TDD, Pair Programming, and CI/CD
• Experience working in Agile software development environments
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work effectively across distributed, multi-cultural teams
