Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain new Ads products and infrastructure from the backend to frontend
• Collaborate with Revenue Infrastructure, Core Tech, Machine Learning, and Data Science teams
• Partner with product and cross-functional leadership to scale digital advertising features
• Architect simple and maintainable systems to enable rapid iteration and high technical quality
• Own projects end to end, from refining requirements and technical design to implementation and maintenance

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in relevant roles
• Strong focus on product impact and solving business problems
• High sense of ownership and ability to operate autonomously
• Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Experience providing mentorship and guidance on system architecture and API design

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise with Python, Rust, TypeScript, React, or React Native
• Familiarity with experimentation and analysis
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Passion for the Discord platform
