Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-impact product features in a modern, cloud-native stack
• Provide technical leadership by driving architectural decisions and mentoring teammates
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data partners
• Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development and automate repetitive tasks
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered product features
• Drive technical excellence by evolving systems through scalable AI architecture

Requirements

• Proven experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production
• Experience developing scalable RESTful and GraphQL services
• Working knowledge of Docker, Fargate, Kubernetes, or similar container technologies
• Experience with front-end frameworks like NextJS, React, or Angular
• Demonstrated experience building highly available applications on AWS
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing with Playwright
• Practical understanding of implementing LLMs, RAG systems, Vector Stores, and MCP Servers in production
• Familiarity with AI/ML tooling such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Vercel AI SDK

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying Agentic features or autonomous AI Agents
• Experience with LLM evaluation techniques and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of performance tuning and cost optimization in cloud-native environments
• Experience working as an AI-native engineer using agentic workflows
