Senior Software Engineer - Desktop Agent

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain native agents for Windows and macOS platforms
• Design and implement kernel-level networking solutions using WFP and macOS Network Extensions
• Develop Windows drivers and system components using WDK and Win32 APIs
• Create and maintain macOS system extensions and leverage BSD networking stack capabilities
• Build cross-platform agent frameworks using Rust and Python with Tauri/React interfaces
• Analyze and optimize network performance and packet routing
• Implement and maintain observability stacks for agent monitoring and debugging
• Debug complex production issues involving kernel-level interactions and driver behavior
• Automate build, deployment, and testing workflows using CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with Windows Driver Kit (WDK) and Windows Filtering Platform (WFP)
• Deep expertise in macOS/BSD networking stack and Network Extension frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in Rust and Python for system-level development
• Experience with Tauri/React for cross-platform UI development
• Strong understanding of computer networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, routing, firewalls)
• Expertise in modern observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry
• Experience with kernel-level debugging tools and system tracing
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions or CircleCI
