Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and end-to-end delivery of next-generation out-of-band manageability solutions.
• Incubate and productize AI capabilities, including intelligent telemetry, predictive maintenance, and LLM-assisted diagnostics.
• Optimize AI/ML models and automated runbooks for resource-constrained BMC environments.
• Institutionalize AI-assisted development practices using tools like Windsurf and Claude Code to improve engineering velocity and security.
• Develop frameworks for multi-agent collaboration and optimize performance through reinforcement learning and RAG.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ML researchers and product managers, to ensure the scalability and reliability of agentic systems.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in platform, firmware, or embedded systems.
• Deep expertise in BMC, Redfish, and IPMI protocols.
• 3-4 years of experience building and deploying AI/ML (including GenAI) solutions in production environments.
• Proficiency in C/C++ (embedded) and Python.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong knowledge of firmware security, including PKI, secure boot, attestation, and SBOM.
• Experience with web technologies including Angular and Reactjs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with Go development.
• Strong grounding in NLP concepts such as Transformers, CNNs, RNNs/LSTMs, and prompt engineering.
