Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, operations, and infrastructure teams to build innovative application experiences
• Develop reusable software components to interface with hyperscaler back-end platforms
• Analyze and optimize code to enhance quality, efficiency, and performance
• Lead complex technical or product initiatives and provide technical guidance to peers
• Architect efficient and scalable systems for complex applications
• Identify and address performance and scalability challenges
• Work across multiple coding languages and technologies to ensure robust solutions
• Establish ownership of components, features, or systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of programming experience in a relevant language
• 5+ years of experience building large-scale applications
• Experience in building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing
• Proficiency in C, C++, Java, Swift, or Kotlin
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Hack
• Proven ability to set technical direction and drive consensus

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to architectural patterns of large-scale software applications
• Demonstrated project completion at large scope with high-quality outcomes
• Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows
• Ongoing development in AI skills, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration
