Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of the cancer care platform with an emphasis on UX, workflow integration, and security
- Engage with internal care teams, patients, providers, and health plans to gather feedback for product iterations
- Collaborate with operations, product, and data engineering to build core systems and tools
- Ensure all systems maintain a strong security posture, including HIPAA compliance and SOC II standards
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing and building user-centric products
- Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
- Experience building and maintaining secure, HIPAA-compliant systems
- Ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with healthcare technology, EHRs, or interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) is a plus
