Senior Software Engineer - Data Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrations Team in designing and scaling integrations with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and healthcare systems
• Establish technical direction and architectural decisions for scalable and resilient solutions
• Architect and maintain reliable data pipelines, ETLs, and ingestion systems
• Implement sophisticated data modeling using Medallion architecture
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions
• Manage projects by prioritizing tasks, technical debt, and new feature development
• Mentor team members and lead hiring and onboarding initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience specializing in data engineering and systems integrations
• Extensive experience in technical leadership and leading engineering teams
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems and EHR data management
• Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, SQL Mesh, Temporal, Python, AWS, and relational databases
• Proven track record in building and optimizing ETLs and data ingestion pipelines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
