Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and evolve a world-class data platform using state-of-the-art technologies
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance ETL data pipelines and storage solutions
• Build and maintain the end-to-end analytics layer and robust data models
• Develop high-quality data products to empower self-service data access across teams
• Mentor and guide data and software engineers, setting best practices for coding and modeling
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
• Champion AI-first development practices and high-velocity engineering environments
• Influence strategic direction of the data platform to align with business goals

Requirements

• Experience with dbt for data transformations
• Proficiency in data storage (SQL and NoSQL)
• Back-end engineering experience in NodeJS, Python, Java, or C#
• Expertise in data pipelines and modeling using SQL
• Experience with monitoring and alerting systems
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong systems design ability for scalable solutions
• Excellent communication skills to advocate technical solutions
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, data-driven environments
