Senior Software Engineer

CTGT is the deterministic governance layer that enables global institutions to deploy AI workflows with confidence. Born out of Stanford University research, we provide a lightweight, model-agnostic system that enforces policy, prevents drift, and produces auditable decisions in real time.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core services, deciding system decomposition, state management, and component communication
• Work across the stack from data models to product surfaces
• Make deliberate tradeoffs across accuracy, consistency, availability, and latency
• Define internal APIs and abstractions that determine system trajectory

Requirements

• Experience building non-trivial distributed systems
• Deep understanding of distributed systems tradeoffs
• Ability to work across the full stack
• Strong software design principles and technical judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, Rust, or Node/TypeScript
• Experience with Postgresql, vector, or graph databases
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform
