Senior Software Engineer (Creative Editor)

Responsibilities

• Own vertical slices of the Editor platform, taking end-to-end responsibility for complex projects from design to deployment
• Partner closely with Product and UX to dissect complex requirements into well-designed software
• Lead technical design decisions and tradeoffs, balancing long-term architecture with immediate product needs
• Act as a core contributor to the Creative Engineering Group, ensuring frontend packages remain performant and scalable
• Mentor and guide team members through constructive code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Drive projects forward independently by proactively identifying and resolving technical roadblocks

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience building robust, complex web applications
• Expertise in React and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of state management and performance optimization
• Proven ability to drive projects independently with autonomy and persistence
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from our Helsinki office 3 days a week
