Responsibilities

• Own complex technical problems end-to-end from design to production rollout
• Translate business and product goals into scalable and maintainable engineering decisions
• Drive technical design for systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and security
• Raise the quality bar through improved patterns, code reviews, and testing discipline
• Mentor engineers through feedback, pairing, and practical coaching
• Collaborate with design, QE, and legal experts to shape product solutions
• Manage features end-to-end in a 60/40 frontend/backend split

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
• Proficiency in Next.js, React, Nest.js, and TypeScript
• Experience designing and building scalable, performant systems
• Strong understanding of API design, backend architecture, and distributed systems
• Experience with database systems and data modelling
• Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers
