Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal business applications using Microsoft Azure services and modern full-stack engineering practices
• Own solution design from concept through implementation, including architecture, data flow, and security
• Build modern front-end experiences using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and API-driven patterns
• Develop back-end services, REST APIs, and serverless functions using Azure-native services
• Provide technical leadership, code review, and mentoring for junior developers and fusion development partners
• Establish and reinforce coding standards, branching strategies, and quality controls
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM
• Evaluate and apply AI/ML-enabled capabilities including LLM integration and prompt engineering

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of experience building cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and REST APIs
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Databases)
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled application patterns or prompt engineering
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and clean code

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with .NET/C# or Python
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI services, or document intelligence
• Experience in manufacturing or operational business process domains
• Experience working in a fusion development model with citizen developers
• Experience with GitHub platform management and repository governance
