Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high-quality code for complex software applications and AI-driven systems.
• Lead end-to-end development of generative AI solutions, from data collection and model training to deployment and optimization.
• Take ownership of architecture and technical decisions for AI/ML projects.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and promote technical excellence across the team.
• Lead the execution and delivery of features, managing project scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Operate in a DevOps model, taking end-to-end ownership of features and services in production.
• Design and implement robust test suites and advocate for CI/CD pipelines to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Significant experience building AI/ML or generative AI applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, FastAPI, PyTest, and Celery.
• Strong experience with cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of generative AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with advanced machine learning algorithms, including NLP and transformers.
• Knowledge of industry-standard AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with analytics platforms like BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka.
• Advanced knowledge of GCP technologies including Vertex AI and GKE.
