Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build LLM-powered automation to fix denied claims with rigorous evals and audit trails
• Design safety guardrails including identity guards and payer-type guardrails
• Scale a rule engine capable of running hundreds of configurable conditions across high transaction volumes
• Build observability dashboards for automated resubmission rates and failure analysis
• Automate the generation of appeal letters and medical-record packets
• Deliver a unified automations console for managing billing rules and validations
• Contribute to technical direction, architecture, and tool improvements
• Take ownership of end-to-end integration workflows from design to deployment
• Mentor engineers and conduct in-depth code reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React
• Proficiency in Python or Go
• Experience with Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and relational/non-relational databases
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
• Proven track record of designing end-to-end solutions and architectural decisions
