Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, providing a platform that spans the full care journey from Ambient AI to autonomous RCM processing. The company is transforming the $1 trillion administrative burden in healthcare through an AI-native platform integrated with over 60 EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform by proposing and implementing improvements to architecture, tools, and technologies
• Build end-to-end products to revolutionize revenue cycle management for providers and administrators
• Take ownership of end-to-end integration workflows from design through deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical approaches
• Improve system reliability and observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Optimize performance and scalability of web applications
• Mentor and guide engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence
• Conduct in-depth code reviews and drive architectural improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional software development industry experience
• Proficiency in frontend languages like Javascript, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency in backend languages like Python, Go, or C++
• Experience with Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and relational/non-relational databases
• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
