Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical direction of the Insights practice management platform
• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using ReactJS, Python, and PostgreSQL
• Improve system reliability and observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Optimize performance and scalability of web applications
• Collaborate with infrastructure and backend teams to ensure high availability
• Mentor and guide engineers to foster technical excellence
• Lead high-impact projects and conduct in-depth code reviews
• Work with product and design teams to build intuitive user experiences

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue), Python, and PostgreSQL
• Strong architectural skills for scalable web applications
• Experience leading multi-month, high-impact projects
• Deep understanding of modern front-end engineering and React fundamentals
• Experience with complex backend systems and API design
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor engineers and communicate technical concepts to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling front-end applications in high-traffic environments
• Background in data visualization and interactive dashboards
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
• Familiarity with GraphQL, REST, or gRPC
• Experience in highly regulated industries like finance or insurance
