About the Company

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, providing a platform that automates documentation, patient workflows, and revenue cycle management. The company integrates with over 60 EHRs and supports hundreds of thousands of clinicians nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI/LLM technologies to deliver intelligent, automated experiences to clinicians and patients
• Design and influence fullstack architecture for scalable, AI-powered healthcare solutions
• Lead technical planning for new features, balancing feasibility and clinical usability
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and observability
• Mentor engineers on design patterns, code standards, and technical thinking
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to ship intuitive solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional software engineering experience, ideally in high-growth or startup environments
• Strong fullstack skills with Python (backend) and TypeScript/React (frontend)
• Working knowledge of containers and cloud technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-powered features in production
• Proven track record of driving work from ideation to production deployment
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
