Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of advanced embedded cryptographic solutions and multi-threaded C++ products
• Spearhead efforts on a multi-threaded embedded C++ product codebase to drive technological innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, implement software, and oversee test case development and verification
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to fellow software developers to enhance proficiency and process optimization
• Shape products that bolster the security and reliability of critical military communications infrastructure

Requirements

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or 3 years of experience with an Advanced Degree
• Proficiency in C++ and Python
• Experience with Embedded Linux
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with crypto system requirements capture, design formulation, and algorithm implementation
• Experience in the verification and validation of crypto system functional and security requirements
• Knowledge of Information Assurance and/or Cybersecurity industry standards
• Experience as a technical or project lead
• Experience with hardware-software integration in real-time embedded systems
