Senior Software Engineer

Clarasight is building the leading AI-Powered Mission Control for Corporate Travel. Their software helps world-class companies reduce risks, save costs, protect revenues, and manage emissions aligned with sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability while balancing speed of delivery
• Contribute to building robust data pipelines and integrations for financial and emissions insights
• Collaborate on data modeling, ETL, and analytics foundations
• Work closely with Product and Design to deliver features that solve real customer problems
• Make pragmatic technical decisions while keeping long-term scalability in mind

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python
• Experience in startup or early-stage environments
• Experience with data engineering processes, pipelines, ETL, and analytics systems
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dbt, DuckDB, or the modern data stack
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps, or infrastructure as code
• Background in sustainability, carbon accounting, or financial systems
