Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in gathering business requirements, designing screens, and workflow
• Develop and maintain secure and responsive web (ASP.NET Core) and desktop (WPF) applications using .NET Core (C#)
• Prototype, evaluate, and recommend designs of applications and databases
• Follow office standards for documentation, coding, testing, version control, and code review
• Supervise junior developers
• Maintain multiple in-house applications simultaneously

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in IT project coordination or solution delivery
• Experience working alongside procurement or vendor management teams
• Proficiency in .NET Core (C#), ASP.NET Core, and WPF

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience outside of higher education
• Practical use of Agile, Extreme Programming, or Test Driven Development
• Expert knowledge of databases, data structures, and algorithms
• Proven programming experience via work history or an active GitHub account
