Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build advanced shared platform services including access control, identity, role management, and license management
• Leverage generative AI tools and agentic workflows to accelerate development and drive intelligent automation
• Collaborate with product management and engineering managers to define technical requirements and software designs
• Develop products from minimum viability to world-scale maturity in a fast-paced environment
• Promote engineering best practices, including AI-first development methodologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building back-end software
• Strong foundation in CS fundamentals, data structures, and algorithm design
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with Distributed Systems, Containerization, and Microservices
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and popular databases
• Solid understanding of API-first approach and CI/CD applications
• Demonstrated habit of utilizing AI-assisted tooling like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) and proficiency in prompt engineering
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a STEM major

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with gRPC, Kubernetes, NoSQL, GraphQL, and Prometheus
