Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI-driven solutions and frameworks that align with enterprise business objectives
• Develop AI models and infrastructure, including GenAI tools (GPT, GANs) and NLP tools (SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face)
• Oversee AI model deployment, performance monitoring, and algorithm optimization
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for clean, maintainable, and high-performing code
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet organizational needs
• Ensure all AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and cybersecurity best practices
• Integrate front-end and back-end components within a microservices architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 4-7 years of software development experience with a focus on full-stack and cloud technologies
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LlamaIndex, or LangChain
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines (including Docker and Kubernetes)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle)
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular
• Experience with data engineering, ETL processes, and big data technologies
• Prior experience within the healthcare domain
