Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze software requirements, specifications, and design documents to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Perform configuration development, configuration management, and system troubleshooting within Provider Data Systems
• Identify system performance issues and improvement opportunities through workflow and requirement analysis
• Collaborate with engineering, support, and business partners to define needs and implement technical solutions
• Drive continuous improvement and agile execution within distributed project teams
• Interpret user stories and apply appropriate technical solutions to deliver operational results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related technical field
• 4+ years of overall IT experience
• 3+ years of experience specifically in Configurations, including strong analytical and logical skills
• Proficiency with system integration, REST APIs, and database connectivity
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Jira, Confluence, and Postman
• Experience acting as a business analyst with knowledge in the Provider domain and data mapping
