Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable ETL workflows using Informatica, SSIS, and Python for batch and near-real-time integrations
• Develop and optimize Oracle and T-SQL database objects to ensure performance and data integrity
• Build and maintain SSRS reporting and data delivery solutions
• Implement Python-based automation for monitoring, validation, and orchestration of data pipelines
• Deploy ETL solutions within cloud environments using CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Provide production support, including incident resolution and performance tuning

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in ETL, Informatica, SSIS, and PL/SQL
• Strong knowledge of the US Healthcare domain
• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency in Python scripting
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Git-based version control

Preferred Qualifications

• PSM, CSM, or SAFe Agile Certifications
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Enterprise)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog or Splunk
• Experience operating within Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks
