Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and shipping product features end-to-end, from early ideas to rollout and iteration
• Taking ownership of parts of the product and contributing to architectural decisions
• Improving performance and reliability across core systems
• Collaborating with product and design to translate operational workflows into AI-enabled software
• Helping shape engineering culture, technical standards, and workflow optimizations

Requirements

• Experience shipping and operating production web applications end-to-end
• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Strong experience with React and Node.js
• Ability to independently design, build, and deliver features with minimal guidance
• Understanding of modern web systems, APIs, frontend state management, and backend architecture
• Ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity
• German language skills are a strong plus
