Senior Software Engineer, BTH Engineering

Responsibilities

• Design and develop critical full-stack internal applications using React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Architect multi-chain asset deployments and expand CLI tooling to automate DeFi operations.
• Engineer robust wallet structures to scale operations and minimize manual intervention.
• Deploy and manage end-to-end systems on GCP and Kubernetes using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Drive automated CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
• Leverage AI tooling and coding agents to accelerate full-stack development.
• Elevate engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, and technical mentorship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production systems in financial services or high-stakes environments.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Cloud and DevOps fluency, specifically with GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and experience designing clean schemas and data models.
• Proven track record of delivering fault-tolerant systems with rigorous testing and observability.
• Ability to use Large Language Models (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to accelerate delivery.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the crypto industry and DeFi protocols.
• Understanding of various yield generation opportunities.
• Experience with digital asset custody solutions.
