- Write C# and .NET code for our cloud payroll platform
- Work with SQL to manage payroll data
- Ship features handling real payroll runs, tax calculations, and compliance requirements
- Lead technical decisions within a small, cross-functional team
- Mentor other engineers and raise the bar on code quality and engineering practices
- Manage integrations with HMRC, Revenue, banks, and payment providers
