Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a shared technology platform
- Perform full stack development
- Develop AI agents for workflow automation
- Partner with end users to understand and implement their needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- Experience working with data, statistical, or machine learning systems
- Experience in a 0-1, scrappy, or ambiguous environment
- High level of ownership and ability to drive products from conception to production
- Empathy for operational teams and their workflows
