- Own significant areas of the platform as a subject-matter expert
- Lead epics end-to-end

- Collaborate with engineers, product partners, and laboratory scientists to evolve internal software systems
Requirements
- Proven experience as a software engineer
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence
- Experience leading complex technical epics
- Prior experience in biotech, life sciences, or scientific software is a plus
