Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate various software systems required for autonomous serving robot operations
• Process data collected from robots and build automation processes based on that data
• Take responsibility for the technical quality and stability of products/services and lead problem-solving
• Mentor other engineers and lead the technical growth of the team

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience communicating and working in English with international colleagues and partners
• Experience managing engineers or project organizations, including providing technical direction and feedback
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, OS, databases)
• Experience collaborating using Git
• Proficiency in remote/online collaboration and communication
• Expertise in at least one of the following: Mobile/Frontend, Distributed/Parallel Systems, Robotics, ML/DL, Embedded Systems, Test Automation/CI/CD, DevOps/Cloud, Networking/Security, or Factory/Logistics Automation (AMF, AMR)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience developing and launching products in a startup environment
• Proficiency in Git-based code review processes
• Experience with Python-based backend frameworks (Django, ORM, JSON Serializer)
• Experience writing automated unit and integration tests
• Experience developing and operating web services on GCP/AWS
• Interest or experience in robotics, physical devices, or IoT services
