Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ship full-stack AI features end-to-end, from scoping to deploying agentic systems
• Own 0-to-1 projects and build intelligent capabilities alongside sales and operations
• Build and improve agentic infrastructure for production inference, evaluation, and monitoring
• Integrate AI seamlessly across the stack into the marketplace product
• Develop scalable tools for intelligent matching, document understanding, and agentic workflows

Requirements

• Shipped and owned production AI/ML systems end-to-end with real users
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and excellent Python skills
• Experience integrating foundation models in production
• Track record of shipping ambiguous problems from concept to production
• Strong product sense and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Comfort thriving in ambiguity and limited structure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern AI frameworks and multi-step agentic systems
• Experience designing evaluation suites for LLM systems
• Experience operating LLM systems at scale, including latency, cost, and reliability
• Familiarity with retrieval quality work such as chunking, reranking, and relevance tuning
• Marketplace, fintech, or small business background
• Familiarity with Go, GraphQL, or React/TypeScript
• Background in NLP, information retrieval, or recommendation systems
