Responsibilities

• Perform retrieval over large corpora of enterprise documents
• Build backend infrastructure for AI-powered collaborative workflows
• Develop multi-step planning agents for enterprise project management
• Implement enterprise-grade security for sensitive organizational data
• Evaluate LLMs across document generation and synthesis tasks
• Build data ingestion pipelines from enterprise integrations like Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend-focused software engineering experience on product-centric teams
• Proven track record of building fast-growing SaaS products
• Experience building backend platforms supporting multiple product lines
• Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge
• Experience architecting scalable systems for enterprise-level traffic
• Grit and experience working at early-stage startups is a plus
