Senior Software Engineer - Backend

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend systems that power Aspora’s fintech products
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code ensuring high performance and security
• Architect modular, extensible, and fault-tolerant microservices
• Build and implement robust RESTful API architectures
• Optimize systems to handle millions of transactions with high availability
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize backend processes

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in backend development
• Proven experience working in a product-based startup or fintech company
• Strong expertise in designing modular and scalable backend systems
• Extensive experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Ability to thrive in early-stage environments and build products from scratch
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize business needs alongside technical decisions
