Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in team delivery of product and engineering goals
• Drive the strategic design, implementation, and delivery of multiple products
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and reusable software systems
• Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentoring
• Influence team direction towards high-priority initiatives
• Establish practices and tools to foster a strong engineering culture
• Manage external dependencies related to work items
• Collaborate with leaders to create long-term technical plans and roadmaps
• Lead recruitment efforts for senior hires
