Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable software systems that streamline the private investment experience
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver user-facing features end to end
• Drive architectural decisions and lead key engineering projects from ideation to launch
• Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on performance, security, and scalability
• Mentor teammates and help shape engineering culture

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building web-based software products
• Strong computer science fundamentals and experience designing scalable systems
• Full-stack development experience, or deep expertise in either frontend or backend
• Track record of driving projects independently in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the fintech space or working on investment platforms
• Prior experience at a fast-growing startup or on a founding engineering team
• Exposure to building internal tools or infrastructure to improve engineering efficiency
