Senior Software Engineer

Antithesis is reinventing software reliability by running entire software systems inside a deterministic simulation to identify root causes through perfect reproduction. The company is well-funded and focused on solving the verification bottleneck caused by the rise of AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

• Own core Fuzzer functionality, including orchestrating system exploration and injecting controlled chaos
• Improve code coverage, search efficiency, and bug discovery capabilities
• Design clean, stable interfaces for product integration and external systems like ML models
• Build observability and benchmarking to measure Fuzzer behavior
• Write design documents, mentor engineers, and contribute to the long-term roadmap

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience working on complex systems
• Strong proficiency in Rust, Go, C++, or equivalent systems programming
• Strong CS fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and systems design
• Experience designing clean interfaces between complex subsystems
• Passion for software testing and correctness

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fuzz testing frameworks like libFuzzer, AFL, or Honggfuzz
• Experience with property-based testing tools like QuickCheck, Hypothesis, or PropTest
• Knowledge of program analysis or formal methods
• Experience with ML/AI-driven search or deterministic replay
• Open-source testing contributions
