Responsibilities

• Own Android growth surfaces in the World App, focusing on user incentives, onboarding, and notification centers
• Ship features and experiments at high velocity in collaboration with product, backend, and design teams
• Instrument growth flows for analytics and experimentation to ensure every feature is measurable
• Improve the Android codebase for experimentation velocity through modular architecture and feature flags
• Navigate Android-specific challenges including device fragmentation and OS compatibility

Requirements

• Strong Android development experience in Kotlin with a track record of shipping production features
• Growth engineering mindset with experience in A/B testing, analytics, or feature flag systems
• Ability to deliver features end-to-end from requirements through post-launch monitoring

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in high-intensity, cross-functional environments
• Strong communication skills with non-engineering stakeholders such as product, design, and economics
