Senior Software Engineer - Android

Responsibilities

• Developing, releasing, and maintaining native Android Applications
• Managing the entire app life cycle including design, build, deploy, and testing
• Collaborating with developers and product managers to conceptualize and release products
• Safeguarding sensitive company data and reporting security incidents
• Bug fixing and improving application performance
• Implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Android development SDK
• Proficiency in Kotlin or Core Java
• Experience with Android Architecture Components, Dagger 2/Hilt, and MVVM architecture
• Strong grasp of algorithms, design patterns, memory management, and concurrency
• Experience with continuous integration, testing, and app distribution
• Hands-on experience with Android debugging, unit testing, and performance optimization tools
• 3-5 years of experience in product-focused organizations or startups
• Experience with e-business or e-commerce applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience with internet companies or the travel industry
