Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Windows-based applications, frameworks, and distributed C#/.NET software solutions
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop features involving embedded systems and distributed architectures
• Develop and maintain inter-service communication mechanisms using message-based systems like RabbitMQ
• Perform integration and system-level testing for software and hardware systems
• Create and maintain software development documentation and design artifacts

Requirements

• 5-8 years of commercial software development experience in R&D
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET development
• Experience with message-based and distributed architectures (e.g., RabbitMQ)
• Experience with software testing methodologies (unit, integration, and system-level)
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams
• Familiarity with requirements analysis tools like DOORS, Jama, or Ketryx
• Experience using AI-powered code generation tools
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments, QSR, IEC 62304, or ISO 13485
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred
