Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of scalable financial infrastructure and APIs within the Global Treasury and Payment Network (GTPN) team.
• Shape underlying architecture and design advanced systems to enable global scaling.
• Build and enhance products that provide automation and support for both internal teams and external customers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Product, Design, Compliance, and Sales.
• Set best practices for engineering excellence, maintainability, and production stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• High proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Strong expertise in system and component design, with the ability to balance flexibility and simplicity.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing for scale, maintainability, and high-performance production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, or working within regulated industries.
• Background in high-scale performance tuning (e.g., 100k+ QPS, strict latency SLAs).
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or platform architecture.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of OAuth2.0, API design, or developer documentation.
