Senior Software Engineer - AI Platform

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the development of scalable intelligent agents utilizing LLMs to automate workflows
• Define and drive the technical vision for integrating LLMs with the software ecosystem
• Collaborate with product managers to identify high-impact opportunities for cognitive automation
• Take ownership of the development lifecycle for machine learning-powered tools
• Establish and enforce engineering standards for production-grade distributed machine learning solutions
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leads to foster technical excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on large-scale distributed systems
• Extensive experience building and deploying complex agentic applications using LLMs in production
• Expertise in Golang strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
• Deep expertise with cloud and container frameworks such as AWS and Kubernetes
• Expert-level understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and evaluation metrics
• Proven track record of leading the design and operation of scalable backend software
