Senior Software Engineer (AI Platform)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize advanced AI and GenAI products for enterprise solutions
• Take ownership of complex features and influence architectural decisions
• Mentor junior engineers and raise the bar for code reviews
• Lead end-to-end development of generative AI solutions from data collection to deployment
• Design robust test suites and advocate for automation and service health
• Partner with product management in a DevOps model to maintain software in production

Requirements

• Advanced hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, PyTest, and Celery
• Experience across the full AI/GenAI lifecycle including model training and optimization
• Ability to lead technical decisions and contribute to architectural design
• Strong focus on building scalable, reliable, and testable software
• Experience with root-cause analysis and proactive system reliability improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced ML algorithms, NLP, or transformers
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph
• Knowledge of MLOps practices
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, or GCP (VertexAI, BigQuery, GKE)
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka
• Knowledge of C#, Java, or Scala
