Senior Software Engineer- AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver modern cloud-native and AI-driven solutions by combining hands-on development with architectural leadership.
• Work on AI application and agent development, integrating Python backends with modern front-end frameworks and deploying on Azure.
• Architect and develop resilient cloud-native services and APIs in AWS and Azure, including serverless functions and containerized microservices.
• Implement event-driven integrations using queues, topics, and streams, alongside automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design architectural diagrams, integration flows, and system designs adhering to enterprise standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code using Python, JS, and Unix shell scripting.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and improve code quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven technology experience with strong proficiency in API design, REST/SOAP services, and modern integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions (e.g., ClaudeCode, FastMCP, CrewAI) and RAG-based implementations.
• Strong experience designing event-driven, cloud-native services using pub/sub messaging and serverless or container-based architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Unix shell scripting.
• Sound understanding of system architecture, secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and encryption.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
• Ability to create detailed architecture diagrams using Microsoft Visio or equivalent tools.
• Experience managing AI-related risks and ensuring ethical governance in AI adoption.
