Senior Software Engineer, AI Enablement

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for AI-driven engineering tools and mentor other engineers
• Experiment with AI tools to accelerate workflows and elevate quality
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable full-stack platforms and tools for AI integration
• Identify opportunities to automate engineering processes like code generation and testing
• Establish standards and architectural guidance for responsible AI enablement
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack development experience
• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Angular, or Vue
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot
• Experience with Python, Django, or similarly typed languages
• Experience designing and managing scalable databases
• Strong experience with AWS services and infrastructure monitoring
• Experience building REST APIs and GraphQL
• Experience in high-growth environments navigating technical complexity
