Senior Software Engineer – AI-Enabled Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI-enabled engineering initiative by designing and orchestrating multi-agent workflows to automate the software development lifecycle
• Design multi-agent systems featuring specialized coding agents for writing, reviewing, testing, and deploying software
• Develop the prompts, logic, and scaffolding required to guide agent behavior and decision-making
• Implement tool-use capabilities, enabling agents to interact with file systems, test runners, version control, and internal APIs
• Evaluate and refine agent performance, collaboration patterns, and feedback loops to ensure high-quality output
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered interfaces and internal tooling

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, React, or MySQL
• Extensive applied experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, or LLM APIs)
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain), vector databases, or codegen platforms
• Strong product mindset with a bias toward experimentation and iteration in rapidly evolving environments
