Senior Software Engineer, AI

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy scalable, reliable, and innovative AI and GenAI solutions.
• Contribute to high-priority projects by ensuring maintainable code and production-ready applications.
• Implement complex, large-scale AI systems as a core member of the engineering team.
• Deliver on the company's AI roadmap while meeting high quality standards and timelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues and optimize systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in AI/ML or GenAI.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, or KubeFlow.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, generative models, and LLMs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent field.
