Senior Software Engineer, AI

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, reliable, and innovative AI and GenAI solutions as a key member of the engineering team.
• Contribute to the delivery of Conga's AI roadmap by implementing complex, large-scale AI systems.
• Ensure high-quality, production-ready applications through maintainable code and technical excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and meet high-priority project timelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or Generative AI (GenAI).
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, or KubeFlow.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, generative models, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent field.
